The world-famous Barrett Jackson auction in Scottsdale, Arizona is auctioning off the first two 2014 Chevrolet Camaro LV-1 models and the proceeds will benefit a charity.

There will be 500 total LV-1 Camaros produced, 100 of which will be convertibles. Included in the package is the striking Gold accents on either white or black paint. The cars also include a mild body kit, custom wheels with gold trim and LV-1 embroidered seats.

The “LV-1″ stands for Linda Vaughn, a household name for most anyone familiar the muscle cars of the late 60′s and early 70′s. She is considered the “first lady of racing” for a reason. She is most often recognized for her title of “Miss Hurst Golden Shifter”.

The cars were designed by Jack “Doc” Watson. Doc Watson has made some very famous automobiles, my personal favorite being the 1969 Hurst/Olds. It is clear as day when comparing the new Camaro colors and design with the old Hurst creations made in the late 1960s.
