When you installed the rear pads, did you put some type of silicone lubrication in the back sides of the pads? Also the grade of pads can can affect the quietness of your braking. I go with ceramic pads on pretty much any vehicle that has them available for choice. I'm also not too Keene on drilled performance rotors. They warp easily and aren't worth the extra money in my opinion. If those rotors are installed backwards, they'll make all kinds of noise.

Also, did you make sure the axle shaft was from/for a 93-96 car? 97-02 cars had different length axle shafts.

Okay, because it may look like it fits, but the axle shaft changed lengths by a few millimeters after a certain year, and if you use the wrong axle shaft it could cause a brake dragging issue/sound.

Make sure to grease the little metal slider clips that the brake pads sit in, as well as the part where the brake caliper piston pushes on the back side of the brake pad (the part of the pad that has the circle dent in it from the piston).
