My LT1 made 362rwhp on dyno and 338trq.
Has stock ported heads 2.00 1.60 and a solid comp cam. 260/268 @.050 and 609 lift
1.5RR's LTs ORY magnaflow catback and lT4 intake. And 11.25-1 srp pistons

Looking for closer to 400rwhp.

Do i need better flowing heads or a smaller cam maybe?

Where do you get bigger valves?
Also, that cam isn't really that radical.
Read my sig

Duration is to high for a car that pulls to 6500rpms and is made for around 12.5-1 motor.

Didn't realize you had worked the heads to use bigger valves.
What do you have on it for headers?
Also, what pound per hour injectors?

According to the OP the heads aren't stock and have oversized valves.

Sorry for disrespecting any one.
As for my cam it pulls hard at 4-7k rpms but stops making power at 6200 and levels out. But i cant get out of hole on street tires bc if i launch it where cam starts good say 2200 just spins but if i launch it lower car trys to die and noses over for a few feet.

I figured as much...you have too much cam and can make the power you're looking for with something smaller and still be able to drive it "normally"...

that is...assuming you DD it...

Get in contact with a cam manufacturer and get them to spec you out a little smaller cam. Like recluse said the cam is too large. You might make less power on a dyno by down sizing the cam, but you may and probably will gain more useful power in your application.
