It's reading 0 on the gauge when warmed up at idle when I first start it while cooled the oil pressure is high when im driving its normal but when it drops to 0 at a stop light or while sitting the motor is making no noise and runs just fine i replaced the oil pump wit a high volume pump along wit the sending unit and sensor but it didnt help

However I did take it to GM for a mechanical oil pressure check and it read 7lbs which they said is enough cuz the lt1 doesn't take tht much pressure to operate but i want to get it fixed so i just wanna kno what else should I replace since i have to do a bottom end rebuild
