Performance MAF Sensor?

What's a good one to buy? And will it play a huge effect on performance? Also any other suggestions on fairly inexpensive things I can do to gain the most HP and torque

What is your idea of inexpensive?
I would say a MAF isn't going to get too many gains, at least without a tune.

If you must do anything to the stock MAF. Take the sensor apart and port/polish the aluminum ends. Not the plastic sensor. You shouldn't need a 'performance' sensor unless you make huge power.

Well I'm planing on rebuilding an engine and I don't know if this is a realistic goal but I'm hoping to push towards pulling up to 500HP if possible. And I want to bore the engine and all that good stuff.

What happened to cheap and inexpensive?
A 500hp motor will be neither.
