Sounds like it's misfiring. Change your plugs/wires recently?

Idle air control valve won't make it shake when you step on the gas.
It will make it idle too fast or too slow if the IAC is bad.

When you replace the IAC you should do a re-learn procedure but your issue sounds like a misfire. Most likely something in the ignition system plugs, wires, coils or the ICM.

so you guy think i shoull have them put the IAC AT THE DEALER? IS NOT LIKE SHAKING BUT IT WONT HAVE THE PEWER TO BURN TIRES, IF I PUSH THE GAS REALY SLOW BUT IF I GO TO MUCH DONT HAVE THE POWER. IS LIKE IF THE AIR GOT STOCK IN THE MUFLER AND DONT HAVE THE WAY OUT. AND ONES PAST MORE THE 3000 RPM IS GOOD.

It does sound like a misfire. Is it setting a service engine light? If it is have the codes pulled at a place that will do it for free like Autozone.
When was the last time the fuel filter was replaced? A clogged filter can cause the symptoms you are seeing.

I just got my baby back and its doing this a little. I think its a plug tho. Lets hope im right. The service engine light is blinking though. Im still happy i have her back but damn...its been rained in for a month. Grass was starting to grow in the carpet. We all thought the engine was locked up...it is a miracle. Just runs like crap. New parts are: starter, battery, plugs n wires, t-tops, and an oil change.(i think we filled an oil bucket up with the water/oil from my filter and oil pan. It was sad to see that much water come out of my car.

Sorry if i confuse anyone. I just woke up from being slightly drunk..and my left hand is pretty much done.

The IAC is not the problem.
