Some questions for the experts

Hey,
My name is Tom and I have recently purchased a 1995 Chevy Camaro COnvertible. Here are my issues; (1) The Convertible Top needs to be replaced, (2) I need to understand why the radiator fan will not turn on, (3) where is the best place to get parts that are good quality and fairly inexpensive, and (4) the most important part.....I am not a mechanic or mechanically inclined! I can follow instructions. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!!

First, welcome CZ.
Second, I would suggest getting a Haynes or similar manual. It will teach you step by step how to do a good number of jobs on your car.
As for your question about the fans not coming on, when are you expecting them to come on when they dont? Under circumstances when the A/C is off, the high speed fans will not come on until 235.

For number 2 I would check the fan relays in the under the hood fuse and relay box.

this. Also, regardless if your AC works, turn it to MAX AC. this is supposed to get at least on of the fans to come on.

The best place to get parts... our classified's section. We have a pretty good network. I've done a couple deals with guys on here, and its been great. people here are usually willing to help out.
