Transmission slow and hard shift

97 camero. Recently replaced throttle body position sensor and idle sensor. Know it will get up almost 4000 rpm before it will shift from 1st to 2nd gear. Any ideas????

With a multimeter.
But I don't have the specs for it.

Did you ensure that it was synched with the butterfly shaft properly

please narrow your issues to a single thread. No need for double posting. Also, check how much fluid you have. Our old work truck ( old job ) had a 4 spd and it would hard shift at first and we replaced a few things no luck, checked fluid and it had half a quart. Drained fluid cleaned and replaced. no ssues since
