All 4th gen autos are 4L60E's so yes. Is it auto? Even if manual, they will fit. The 5 speed was a T5 and the 6 speed is the T56.

The V-6 ECM will not work with a V-8.
However the transmission should if it is the 4l60E Note the E
which means electrically controlled.by the PCM.

You know they don't sticky things around here Warshrike lol

I made the suggestion alooonnnnng time ago to simpy make a sticky to drop allthe stickies for this section. Boom all the relevant sticky threads easy to find and you still avoid the clutter of a ton of stickied threads in this section of the forum.

PS NavyVet is correct as well.

All except the 93s, they were just 4l60. The e came in 94.
Hence the change from ECM engine control module to PCM powertrain control module in 94.

Oh wow. I never knew that. I thought they were the same throughout all 4th gen. Learn something new everyday.

and I made this post (a sticky) almost 2 years ago- http://www.camarozone.com/forum/f24/...hreads-176424/
You can see how much response I got.
That's the problem with stickies, especially for those who are relatively new to the Forum-world... they get overlooked/forgotten/ignored.
