L HDLP = Left Headlamp Fuse

R HDLP = Right Headlamp Fuse

You don't have traction control so you don't need a TCS relay, you don't have a second cooling fan so you don't need that relay. So no, not all fuse and relay slots are used. The same fuse box is used on multiple configurations.

OK, the left and right head lamp dont have a relay on them. Is that a problem, and my car tells me when low traction is ac curing. But im guessing that dont have anything to do with traction control.

If the low trac light is stuck on there is something wrong with your abs system. Low trac comes on when your abs system engages or you lose traction, and then goes back off once traction is regained. The 3.4 L doesn't have traction control so that empty relay has nothing to do with it, mine is empty too. There is no relay for the headlight, it is a fuse. Your headlights shouldn't be working if there is no fuse in the slot, you definitely want to have fuses in those slots. The diagram in your fuse box should tell you what amperage the fuse is. For example it will say 10A near L HDLP.

The headlight motors are controlled by the headlight module.

If your car has a standard transmission and anti loc brakes, you will get a low trac light when / if the rear wheels spin.
Ignore it.
