High compression internals

What are they? I'm going to look at a camaro Wednesday he said his 3.4 v6 1995 has 260 hp with high compression internals, water bypass, and half a cold air? What's all that mean? Is it going to have 260hp?

He's pulling your chain. Nobody in there right mind would put 'high compression internals' on a 3.4. If he can't give you exact details then he is a joke.

See if he has proof as in receipts from parts, machine shop or pictures from build. He could have the heads shaved and then said oh it's higher comp. motor. Not saying he did this but some people will stretch the truth . I've seen on CL people say the engines rebuilt....wen all they did was a cam install. Just cuz u put a new cam in and a few new gaskets don't me its rebuilt . And as far as the hp claim never believe it unless theres a Dyno sheet. Anyone can claim their car has x amount of hp.
