Possible electrical starting issue

To put it short after this app crashed and i lost my story, the car wont start up. All it does when putting it in the on position is the dash lights up and it does the usual dings. I cannot hear the fuel pump either. When turning the key to start it, it acts like it would if i didn't put the clutch in.

I swapped batteries with my gtp to get that started because it had a dead battery, my dad re-swapped batteries to get the camaro started and while the car was on he re-re-swapped the batteries to charge the gtp battery with the camaro. After that i re-re-re-swapped the right way after getting tired of charging the battery. When i tried to start the camaro the problem came up

Yes it has a SES light, i don't own a reader and i cannot move it to go get it scanned, thats why I'm asking you guys if you have any idea on what could be an issue.

Well...first thing to do is buy some jumper cables.

Do you have a volt meter?

I'd start with the battery.
