Smile Replacing Mirror Adjuster on the drivers side

Hey Guys

So after a while I came over this little black adjuster thing (Do not know how to call it) at the junkjard. Mine was rusted and done. Since I updatedt the ring arround the shifterlether to give it the original look back, I thought I replace this next, question is how Its that little handle what allows you to ajust the mirrior or your side when you drive

Power mirrors or Manual? Mounted in the window control bezel, remove that bezel and you will be able to access the mirror adjust toggle.
If it a Manual one. The toggle is in the mirror triangle bezel. Remove that bezel and you can access the whole thing. And even remove mirror if needed.
