Speedometer/tuner questions

I recently swapped out my 3.42 gearing to posi 3.73s, just wondering what I have to do to get my speed back to normal. what a decent tuner is going to cost me?

Do a mail order tune from PCMsForLess it cost like $150.

-1994 Trans Am Gt: caged, CC503, Garrett GT45, 6Lbs, 3.73
-2011 Camaro SS convertible: Sold, bought it back still stock.
