OK So i got my camaro back up and running some what it idles high and is throwing a P0507, P0122, and P1200. I have check for vacuum leaks but i cant find one. is there a way to test the throttle position sensor or just replace it? I have had my injectors checked and they all passed and i also had the injector wires checked also. So I was wondering if any of you had any suggestions.
P0122 Throttle Position (TP) sensor circuit low voltage.
Either a connection issue or a bad sensor.
Could be the cause of the other 2 codes.
P0507 Idle system high/Idle Air Control (IAC) valve responding.
The IAC is doing what it's supposed to but the PCM is telling you something is trying to cause high idle.
p1200 Injector control circuit
Speaks for itself, you have a circuit issue.
How did they "check the wires?"
To check for a vacuum leak, get a can of Gumout and spray it around your vacuum hoses and the intake, throttle body and such. If you find a leak you will hear the engine slow down if not stall.
Check for a vacuum leak at the power brake booster vacuum connections
and the connection to the vacuum reservoir: http://shbox.com/1/vacuum_tank.jpg
Try reseating, ( removing and reinstalling ) the TPS connector.
