What are these part, Pictures included.

1998 Pontiac Firebird V6 automatic

this one has the little hose going off to the right attaching to the throttle body. and its directly behind the alternator.
I tried searching the code on it which is Delphi-199725. couldn't find it anywhere.

this one is connected to the intake manifold. and right obove the fuel rail I believe.
looks like a sensor of some kind.

are you sure the MAP is connected to the fuel pressure regulator.

and that I have both a MAF and a MAP sensor.

MAF = mass air flow
MAP = manifold absolute pressure

The MAP sensor is connected to the fuel pressure regulator with a vacuum line because the MAP sensor measures the intake manifold air pressure (vacuum), and the stock fuel pressure regulator is controlled by... you guessed it... vacuum.
