Car trys to floods when you start hot engine

Hey guys, I'm haveing a problem and racking my brain, if anybody has a solution, plz help, its needed bad . I got a 89 Formula with a 305 in it, been having problems out of her since I got it, seem to have everything running pretty well except for 1 problem.
(90 percent of the time it will do this) . When you get the engine warm/hot, around 160-170 degrees and cut it off, you come back in about 30 min. to 1 hour and she will crank right up and die, turn key it cranks right up again and dies, turn key and pat gas pretty hard as soon as it cranks, you can tell its flooding, burn the excess fuel out, then she is good to go, no more problems untill you let her sit about 30 mins. Then the same thing happens again, when the motor is cold, it seems to be fine now, it was reving up and down (rpm was bouncing between 1100 and 300) for about 2 mins. then it would clear out, think I got that fixed with an idle air control valve. Got this baby out of a scrap yard for 600 dollars and drove her home.
The things I have replaced is, MAP sensor, IAC valve, coil, plugs, cap, rotor, ignition module, breather and had an exhaust put on it. It is a 305 fuel injection . Please help. Thanks , Tracy
Does anybody think it may have a leaky injector when she's hot?? I dont know what else to replace.

sorry guys, but bumped this back up, really need some help with finding out what it is, I cranked it up again after work and I think it actually is not getting enough gas after it sits and engine is warm, can't really tell, don't smell excessive gas, but it seems like its flooding as soon as it cranks, you gotta keep popping the gas to get the rpms up then it clears out and is fine, a mechanic told me that the fuel pump may be loosing pressure and not giving enough gas when you crank it and its hot, but if that was the case, why does it start and run so good when cold? Any help please ..

Welcome back, again, Tracy. Ha, does the fuel rail have a port to hook a fuel gauge up to it? Also I'm not sure if yours has it but have you inspected the fuel regulator as well for a leaking diaphragm?

Assuming it's a TBI.
With it running, remove the air cleaner.
Shut it off and then immediately look in the TBI and see if fuel is dripping from an injector.

I just went and cranked it up, the motor still cold, now the crazy thing just jumped from 1100 rpm down to 300 rpm and back up 3 times in a row before idleing at 600-700 rpm. drove down the road, got it hot and took breather off, shut it off and cannot find any gas dripping, i'll go back in about 30 min and see if the top of the butterflies are wet, can't find a port on the fuel rail, if I was even looking at the right one, it has all that egr mess still on it from factory.
