A few concerns..

While driving, i hear a whistle while on the gas. Seems to fluxuate with the acceleration. Im assuming vac line but no clue really. When i turn on my high beams, passenger low stays on but driver low goes out. Any ideas? How hard would it be to convert her to r134 by myself? Anything i should be aware of common issue wise? My vents are loose and dont like to stay pointed where i place them. Easiest fix? (Sorry, im in her right now trying to think of all my current issues, lol) also, the lights on my shifter dont line up with the gear indicators, it lines up in park and reverse, but no other gear lines up. The light is between d and od when its in drive.. I think thats enough questions for one post... LoL. Thanks in advance.

How long have u had the car? Could just be road noise. You have a bulb out for the high beam issue and ac ull need to replace the compressor some lines and a dryer if im not mistaken. Hope it helps

What type of engine do you have? Also, TBI TPI or carb?

Nope to the question.
He needs to replace the low beam light.
I asked the same question in another thread and never got an answer.

True dat... And navy neither damnit. He has 3 lights. He doesn't know whether the one that's on is supposed to go out or if the one that's out is supposed to stay on. Krysis, I replied to your other post and I said: switch your lo's. If the one that lights up now doesn't on the other side, that means that it's a wiring prob, if the lighted up side stays lighted up. Now if when you switch them, and the lighted up side and the dead side switch, then that just means that you have a bad light...

I dont think the bulb is bad.. Its on with lows on. But when highs are on it goes out. If it was bad, wouldnt it be out all the time? Ill try switching them this weekend. As far as road noise, its possible, but its a high pitched whistle, sounds like air being sucked in somewhere..

A bulb can have no lows but work on high and no highs but work on low

As far as the noise I am not entirely positive... However, I got a very nice whistling by taking the air filter lid and turning it over, it sucks more air and is sucking it through the edge. It produces a pretty sweet whistle, actually had ppl if it was a FI car and not believe me when I said no. So I would check the neck and the breather and stuff. Make sure the lid is tightened down. As far as why it just started or is random
