MANUAL window regulator replacement

Does anyone have a link for a write up/experience replacing these? The top 5 or six teeth on my regulator gears are so ground down the window doesn't go up all the way. So I bought the replacement but can't find a write up for manual windows to save my life. I looked here ls1tech TGO,google... Nothin all power windows. Please help.
