motor question

Will any chevy small block that's carbonated hook right up to my 85 trans am . Comes with a 305 tbi

yes...it will bolt in sbc has been the same since the 60s when it was invented ive had a 71 motor 83 and a 73 sbc400 in camaros n ta's
and tbi to carb swap is the easiest its plug n play

What's the suppost to mean ? And does the tbi have a ecu of any kind? And would it effective a motor swap ?

Not unless you swap the TBI and ignition system to the new engine.

really just the distributor n coil but you can run any distributor if you clop the connector off plug them to the new dist and use a vac advance
(coil on cap is the easiest)

agreed hei is easiest setup to run coil is in the cap

but yes adam it will
