Hey guys just wondering about NOS kits. Is it safe to run a 100 shot through a stock ls1 t56 z28 ? If not should 50 be a safer bet? Thanks

Welcome to The Zone !!!

100 shot should be fine........ all things considered.

An old worn out clutch may not like it from a launch though.

Yea, the clutch is going to be the weak link on this chain.

LS7 clutch is a popular replacement choice for the LS1's

If you're able to hookup launching it the rear end wont last too long. 315 nitto NT05r and launching was the death of my 10 bolt.

Damn thanks for the heads up, i haven't taken it to the track yet, launched it from a stoplight a few times and it doesn't hook very well. I'm going to the local 1/8 mile June 2nd I'll see how it does

What did you do when it broke? Get another 10 bolt or switch it
