The quest for more power!

First dyno trip netted 615 at the tire in near 100% humidity, 90+ deg, full exhaust, through a 9".....on a Mustang Dyno. She didn't want any more timing (20 deg) and figured we're probably about 5deg off. After a few wtf's and a little head scratchin, we figure (hope) the cause were the cats.

Gonna be a loud bitch...

Additionally, the crank bolt decided to back out recently, so we're gonna kill a couple birds in "pinning" the crank, make a few adjustments on the intake and then bomb that "heartbreaker" one more time

Buddy of mine blew out his cats under boost lol. Not completely out, but bent the 'fins' of the cat back.
Good luck! Great numbers already

Thanks.....yeah, the numbers are pretty good, but we know there's more. Hoping the cats solve the issue. Lol....if anything, it'll sound like it has another 50hp

I'm curious, what do you think that intake and multi-TB set-up adds?

Good question....hard to say. By itself? 40-50 over a Fast? Because of this intake, it allows for are much bigger cam shafts that can't be run by single tbody set ups, so there's probably a few more there.

The cool thing about this thing is we make all the power in "real" street RPMs.

Yeah, killer set-up! I wish I had the payroll and the time to build another one.
I went fairly mild with my old WS.6....nothing like where you are. 248/254 629/622 113 was all I had in it, Mamo'd FAST 90/90. Still made 531RWHP.

Beautiful ride man, just beautiful.

Was 615/540....

Now 632/548...but averaged 25-30 hp/tq across the entire curve. Peaked 6700/5400 respectively. I call the change a success. Very pleased....

Guys said the exhaust note "goes right thru ya". Vids and graphs soon....
