SOLVED-No High Speed AC Blower Fan

With a great deal of help from Gary Washer I was able to restore the high speed blower setting, Turns out the solution was Very Simple. The high speed is controlled by a relay that is just to the left of the glove box (at least in 98 Camaros). If you pull down the glove box by pressing in on both sides to disengage the plastic stops, you will see a small white button next to the barbed plastic push pin that supports the relay. If you push this it resets the relay and if you have power from the battery to the relay you will then have a high speed setting again.

THANKS GARY!

Here is some Very useful info from Gary. "Have you replaced the blower relay??? It is under the dash above the transmission tunnel. Have you checked the fuse (IP-1) in one of the underhood fuse/relay boxes??? The only purpose of the relay is to switch from the lower speeds current (from the resistors) to the high speed current (direct from the battery). Listen to the relay, or put your finger on top of it, while you switch from low to high speed. It should click. If it clicks but there is no high speed operation, there is a problem with the relay or the wire to the battery. If it does not click, there is a problem with the relay or the switch or the fuse."
