Th350 slack???

I put my th350 in my 99 and it seems to make a loud noise when put in gear.... And a noise like the torque arm is loose or maybe tranny mount... Would tranny mount cause that bang? Please help

What trans did your car have before? If it was a 4L60E IIRC you need a longer driveshaft when swapping to a TH350 if you don't have the correct length driveshaft you should start there...

Is the TH350 a freshly built trans or is it used? If its used it could have internal damage. Generally a bad trans mount in these cars only results in a bang when your driving and hop on the loud pedal.

See I had a manual but I think the stall is actually makin the slack in the rearend bang it is a rebuilt Trans fresh supposedly... But the differential needs a good rebuild though. I thought the mount was bad but it's brand new and the torque is tight as well as the crossmember
