Spare tire placement in 67 Camaro

Hello again, I bought this Camaro in restored condition from an estate and have very little docs on the build. It came with a replaced trunk pan and I can't figure where to spot weld the
spare tire bracket base piece.
Any ideas?
Terry

Well the skipper was an xpat from AUS but he married an American.
I guess the owner of the boat bought the best crew he could get and it worked,
