Electrical issue

I have a 99 Z28 when they first bark car it had a aftermarket remote start and alarm system in it I went to disengage this and unplug everything when I did and got all the wiring out I was left with two red wires dangling underneath the dash one comes from the positive battery terminal back to the fuse panel inside the car and then comes out from the fuse panel the other one I am not sure which it goes to the car does not get any power unless these two are crossed I put a new body control module in with no success and starting the car and now the car will kill the battery immediately new battery new alternator have no clue what any of this is can anyone help
