New Grill

Made a new lower grill.

All Painted up.

Thinking of doing a stripe down the hood in the same color as the grill but not sure yet. Definitely will be adding some LED Lights down there.

Now to repaint the bumper cover to hide all the flaking paint.

Nice, I made several pieces with chassis punch holes when I was in school... Then went FI and never used any of them

its kind of cool but I don't like the holes. I bet that steel is heavy, use aluminium.

Work looks well done and I like the creativity. But personally I don't like that particular design. You said you're gonna make more though, so keep posting. You do good quality work, it looks like. Keep it up.

I doubt it weighs two pounds.

I would lke to do a thicker one with more detail out of aluminum though as aluminum is a little more rigid. Wish I had a water jet I would just do plexiglass.

hmmm, it looks sturdy, your car is a beauty , grill isnt to my taste, but i am a girl ,haha. a new grill is on my cosmetic imrovement list.mine current one is the cheapo black plastic one.but you made think to show my husband, he works in a big sheet metal shop, maybe he can make and design one to MY specs, thanks for the idea.. i think such a sleek car needs something a tad less grumpy looking.. our "family" car is a 2013 ford fusion and i tease my hubby that that grill looks like our bull dogs face nd i am going to paint on the teeth with the underbite, heehee.. i like to tick him off, we need a car that the grandchildren car seats can go in and good mileage when we go out of state, but me and Ford dont get along. sorry, i tend to digress and am new to the site.. keep on fabricating
