Purple accents?

Hey guys I've got my black ws6 ready for cosmetic work!
I don't want to stripes I just want accents in a color. I was thinking purple!
The trans am badge on both doors covered with purple vinyl.
Bird on truck in purple
Ram air decal on hood in purple
Purple calipers (maybe wheel bands too)
And I'm also considering making the inserts in my hood purple as well (the silver honeycomb things right on the front of hood)
Let me know what you guys think!

On a dark colored car, i find it more visually appealing to go with a lighter accent color. I don't think that purple makes a good accent color for black.

And please do not make the grills in the vents any other color than black. I have not seen one done in any other color that looks remotely good.

Well that's why I'm thinking purple. It's not loud, it's subtle.
I'm gonna try the hood vents and take it off if I don't like it.
Was also leaning towards green?

Lighter accent colors do stand out more, but, if you're going for subtle, purple and black make a nice combination. Then again, I'm a fan of purple and black or blue and black 24/7, so what do I know?

I think a very dark purple could look cool depending on what's done. A tint something like the color of this car.

That is pretty sweet haha.
But not what I'm looking to do. I'm leaving the car black. Was just considering making badges and calipers purple

I understand that. I'm saying I think it would be tasteful if you used a purple like the one in the picture.

^ Agreed. That's a nice purple. Tasteful is definitely the right word. If you're wanting subtle, that's perfect.

Not so sure about purple accents personally, but it isn't my car.
I had the black WS.6 as well....see if you like the little things I did appearance wise.

Ya I'm a fan of that look too. I'm just a man of color personally. I'll try it, and post pics.
Could always take off what I put on.

I'm always jealous when I see pics of that car. it helps that you could take pictures of a riced out civic and make it look good.

Would have been kinda cool to have the new owner on CZ.
Although not so much if there were problems with it....

Then why a black car if you're a man of color?

Anyways. I think white, silver would be good choices for accent and maaaybe a charcoal/graphite color. Purple isn't bad either. If like to see a purple Ceta mod on a black car
