Tire questions

I have the stock 16x8 rims on my 95 camaro, I was wondering how low of a profile I could go on these rims, and if I wanted the rear tires to stick out a little wide how could I do that?Click image for larger version

Realistically, 245/50/16 is the lowest profile and the widest tire you can get on those rims and still be safe.

I went from what you have, the 16x8 to 17x9.5. If you're going from 235/55/16 a 275/40/17 is the exact same height so your speedo won't be off after swapping wheels/tires. I got mine from OE Wheels LLC

Those wheels look really good. I'm not a big fan of most after market wheels, but I definitely like the look. Very nice.

This!
And thanks for the compliment 383 Stroker
They are 17x9 chrome 10 spokes. That are part of the SS/SLP Package. Even listed on the SLP sticker in the door jam, added by SLP. They are even stamped "GM"

My mistake. I didn't know that. I'm not to up to date on the fourth gen cars. GM hit that one out of the park. Those are nice.
