Ordered a passenger side ground effect on their website back in August.
An hour or so later the phone rings and a lady explains that they had sold the one they had and forgot to say so on the site.
Asked if I wanted a refund and to be put on a list if they ever get another one
I said yes to both.
Tuesday the phone rang and it was Hawk's wanting to know if I still needed a passenger side ground effect.

It arrived today.
I'm, impressed.

Great story and kudos to Hawks Third Gen for their great customer service.

Hawks Third Gen is also where I got my SS Center Cap replacements. I also recommend them. I still haven't installed them on my car tho, I fear they will get stolen. Cause I am unsure what happened to the 2 I lost. which was the reason for the replacements.
