What is better? Automatic or Manual?

1. What do you guys prefer, Automatic or Manual?

2. Do you have a Camaro that is Automatic or Manual?

Haven't seen this question asked in awhile...
Manual vs Automatic

I like my manual, but stop and go traffic is a pain sometimes.

Manual is more fun to cruise with, but for daily driving, especially in a city. I prefer automatic.

I have a manual. A sports, muscle, exotic or super car should always be manual unless its 100% strip or you're old.

Having had both a high stall auto and now a manual, I'd say it is more enjoyable driving the car with a manual trans. I don't do any drag racing anymore and with the T-56 the cruising rpms are nice, low and keeps the car kinda low key. With the 3800 stall it always sounded like I was trying to race people...

manual is the only way to go, unless i'm driving a truck/suv, then it doesn't matter.

Can't out shift a computer. Plus you can still hold your drink in one hand while you kick their a$$. That being said, manual is really fun to drive and I really don't mind having either.

I love manual but hate it in the stop and go like superman said and I love automatic with shift kit ratchet. It's fun. Plain automatic is boring but love it in the city. So they both have their ups and downs

Lol no. If you want to go fast, you're going to need an auto.

Thank you.

Normally a lot of hate towards the automatic versions....mostly because the M6 guy got his *** handed to him by a stalled A4.

I LAWL when I read stuff about how women somehow flock to cars that are stick shift.
Majority don't know how to drive them, so what's the appeal for them?
Even funnier when dudes claim that women love a certain type of car... yet, who are the collectors or the ones buying them up? Mostly dudes.

Most people in general don't give a shit about what type of transmission you have.
