100% true! Couldn't stop looking out the side mirror at the line going down the window and to the hatch, never noticed it with the low rise

You're welcome. Its been posted on Craigslist a few times over the past two months. You can always buy a high mileage tranny and get it built by Sniper.

I was going, but had to switch weekend with my ex so I have my daughter amd I'm oncall at work.

Ok guys.. Found this on cl. Although I only need the block and a lil more, should I jump on this? I almost have enough to pay for it. I don't have anything else yet, planning to find ls1+ heads and intake and some accessories, 4l60 or 4l80e tranny, ls1 harness k member and ECM..

That is a pretty good deal, here I see one for 750 and 850. It always seems that the harness doesn't come with it. If I were you, I'd jump on that deal!!!!

That's about the same over here, I think I might! If someone can confirm- I don't think I need the 5.3s harness because I need an ls1 fbodies?

I heard that you're supposed to have it from the 5.3 and some say you can use the ls1 harness. That's the main purpose I'm waiting on swapping a 5.3 because I'm not 100% sure. Hope someone answers the question!
Here's the one near me

I'm getting a ws6 hood, sideskirts, maybe even the ta front bumper to Make everything match. Get the whole car repainted. Ceta mod. Blackbird stripe on the ram air hood. MAYBE paint sail panel black. And black z06 wheels. But he wanted $75 for the ECM or best offer.

Sounds like a sweet conversion! I was looking on eBay at dome around that price so it's not that bad if I dont get one...

Oh, just looked at the ad. If I were you I'd rather get the 5.3 over the 4.8, talk the guy with the 5.3 down some! Btw where did you get your drilled and slotted rotors and how much were they?
