Case of the Missing Fan Relays

I have to switch on my AC in order to get the e-fan to switch on in my 1995 3.4 Camaro. I thought it was due to a relay being out (figured one relay controlled it with AC, another was linked to the temp sensor), but upon inspection I've learned that I only have 1 of the 3 relay spots for the fans filled.

So I bought 2 relays yesterday. Came home to plug them in and... whoa - turns out there's nothing wired up behind the Fan Relay #2 or #3!

So I've got 2 questions. I think the original fan was replaced by my dad maybe 10 years ago, so the setup could be different now though it still appears to look stock or OE. Question 1: Am I missing some wires or did the 95's just not have all 3 relays? Question 2: Could my coolant temp sensor be out, and that's why the fan won't come online?

I know the threshold is like 220*F or something, but even at that I don't think the fan has ever come online without me turning the AC on, for the last few years at least. I feel like it did before in the past.

Early 4th gens with 2 fans had 2 relays, if one fan only one relay.
Does your car have two fans or one?

Just the one, may have 2 speeds but only one fan. I think I'm just thrown off because the relay/fuse cover has a label for all 3 fan relays. They probably only printed one version and put it on all the F-bodies is my guess.

Good guess. The 95 V6 3.4L only has the one relay.
