Need help on HG replacement

I'm new to the world of RWD 6cyl cars. I'm used to FWD 4cyl cars. I've also never done anything with a timing chain(if it has one). Are there an write-ups on doing the HG in a 89 firebird? How long does it take you? Anything special I need to know about doing it?
