Vacuum line, maf, o2 sensor help

So i was going over the vacuum lines on my 88 camaro 2.8 5 speed because it idles real high constantly (1.5-3k rpm) and i found this piece of hose not connected to anything Click image for larger version

Try to block off that hose and see if it idles closer to where it should be. If your sucking air past your maf its going to register the extra oxygen in the o2 sensors and add more fuel causing it to idle higher like if the throttle body was opened just a crack
