Unhappy Can't hold car on the road

Any help form you guys would be appreciated, I have a 02 ss camaro with about 130k miles, its my daily driver but the handling has become very poor over the last few months. I have replaced the outer tie rod ends and the inner's look and seem fine, there is no movement from the wheel, up or down, side to side. I just can't seem to locate this problem. It feels like everytime I ride over some rough spots in the road the tires seem to jerk to that side abruptly. I know when I bought this car it could hug a curve with no problem and now I can barely switch lanes. any infomation would be helpful,

If the car can hardly turn without swaying really bad then I would cheak out the swaybar link bolts front and back. May evan be bad struts?

Don't know if this may be but what about the rear panhard bar. If that was bent would that cause things to be all over the place??

If you push down on a corner of the car and bounce it up and down then let off does it keep moving up and down for a while or does it stop after 2-3 bounces? If it stops and seems good and stiff then I would think the struts and shocks are ok.

Good luck

no noise under the car, i was thinking maybe a end link on the sway bar. it almost feels like the tires dart out suddenly on any uneven surface. well its going to get to a warm 37 degrees tomm so i'll jack the car up and check out the lca bushing or the sway bar, thanks guys for your help
