Installing a New Radio

I've given up on the aftermarket radio turning itself on and off at random and am going back to stock. Found a good looking one at the junkyard and am completing the install. I notice it is prominently marked as having some sort of anti-theft system installed.

So what secret handshake do I need to get it working in my car if any? Mine is an '02, and the radio is from a '99. So far all the wire colors match except one. Since all the other wires matched up, I assume the orphan wires, one from the car and one from the radio, must go together.

Haven't tried turning it on yet or even powering it up. The smoke test is next.

OK it passed the smoke test, and I set the clock. Local dealer wants $140 to give it a brain transplant to make it fully functional. Does this sound a bit steep?
