You guys know that LT1's have run high 13's straight from the factory right?

I never tried to down the L36, I just don't get Sniper's fascination with putting down the LT1. Honestly, I think it's just because I have one

That's the exception not the rule. Also, to quote YOUR LTx group YOU created

Quote:
For too long, the LT1 has been thought of as "slightly better than the 3.8L" by too many enthusiasts. Well, they can take our 325 pounds of torque and shove it up their asses.
And nah dude, again it's not about you. I had this same issue with Cous back before you even joined, and again, Eddie had to back me up on it too

money can make anything fast, its all about who spent the most on what. for example.....this video....im sure you can take that 383 and shove it up your ass now. But hey, its all about how you look at it and the perspective of things.

Wheres that user who was always bashing 3.8s? Cant remember his name, I remember he had a 6 thne bought an 8 and thought he was the fastest shit alive lol.

not to be mean, that dual gauge pod looks like shit IMO.

I believe your referring to Arctic Bird. And you two had it out for each other (though admittedly so did he and I with each other, he became a huge douche after)

93-02 Pontiac Trans Am Custom Gauge Package

something like this to cover the whole pillar. Would look much better. Also paint the pillar to match interior. Just have a half piece of plastic screwed in looks awful and is ruining the looks of your interior. Atleast get some screw caps to put over the ends of the screws. Your car, your money, but that gauge pod sticks out like a soar thumb.

Arctic bird, pnutz, and some other guy that sold his LT1 for an LS1 always hated on v6's.

Sniper, I made that group inspite of you always talking shit about LT1's. Plus, we needed an LTX group. Look up the thread "My new 93 Trans Am" and you'll see where it all started.

Dual gauge pod comment- sorry, my temperature gauge went out (the needle stopped moving) so I just decided to rig that up. I like it.

You know what's hilarious, when some says "no offense but, (really offensive comment)"

I realized this....but it just stands out too much in your interior. Thats why i posted a comment to maybe help....because I may have been a little too blunt about that lol.

I know they are shitty pics but it's all I have right now. Also, I know it's not the firebird dash but this is just to show that they don't always have to stick out that far. Not sure what brand the pod is since it was installed by the PO but it's all in what brand you get and how you mount it.

But my argument would be that the cost isnt worth it, dollar for dollar a v8 will out perform a v6.......................... and theres no need to be a dick about it

You mean like mine? I'm not sure who specifically but I know I've seen them around. Just have to look. I think I saw some from Summit.
