problems installing Alloyworks 3-row aluminum radiator

I purchased an Alloyworks 3-row aluminum radiator for my 2001 SS. All went well until I tried to replace the transmission cooler lines. They don't seem to fit the cooler in the new radiator. Can anyone help with this?
