Like everything else, the nose is my own design but has similarities to the lamborghini aventador j and the sesto elemento. The tail is more of a cross between the arrinera venocara and the McLaren p1 but again, my own design.

I know from previous experience that the car has to be out of comission for a couple weeks in order to reshape the nose and fit it for the new headlights. And i live in rural alaska now. So i need to get another vehicle before i can do that. Not including the second vehicle, the headlight swap is still about a thousand dollars and about 400 hours work ahead. It's by far the most complex and involved part of the project left to be done.

BTW. I don't know if any of you noticed but i took the rear view mirrors off that 95 trans am and stuck them on this camaro. So if the subject ever comes up, they bolt right on and plug right in without mods, though there's barely enough length in the trans am wires to connect with the camaro.

Those rounded cone looking things were slightly trimmed a couple days ago to form a flush line between the door and windshield but the rearview mirrors have been there since before i left california. One of the pictures shows the car in California with the trans am mirrors but without the mod.

Another taken the same time. The front is starting to straighten out. In some ways it's further along than before. Unfortunately i have run out of summer to work on it. We're expecting first snow in 3 or 4 weeks and i have way too much to do until then. I am also nearly out of materials. So most of the remainder of future worl will probably have to wait till spring.

It's REALLY coming along now. Front of the car is starting to really smooth out and take on the intended look. But the side scoops were ripped off in a snow bank incident and need to be reattached. I will post pics when i can but ATM i cannot find an image host i can upload to.

Being that this message board is all but dead now, this will probably be my last post on this thread before moving on. I just wanted to let you all know that this project went somewhere. It won't be finished till next summer (it's going to be too cold to continue soon) but it's mostly intact and needs more sanding and misc. refinement than anything else. And that's the easy part. I may one day make molds and a few kits but that has yet to be decided upon. In any case, this has gone as good as expected overall. If i don't come back here, than farewell. I attached a photo of it taken a few days ago. Again, it's still unfinished but mostly intact. And i may not update any further. At least on camarozone.

His last post was the recent update. I believe he will not be updating anymore.
