98's aren't bad, per se, and they're the easiest to swap if your car is a 98 car. They have too many quirks with them that I don't care for, they're more difficult to tune and more restrictive. If you can, go for a 99+, that's what I plan to do with my swap. I plan to run a Procharger, and with a 98 the PCM restricts you to 14.7 PSI of boost, and this can't be fixed just by switching to a 99+ PCM swap, the whole wiring harness would need to be changed out.

I rebuilt them. I'm guessing you just cut the reflector off and glued it to the back of a fog light housing?

Hey, could you tell me more about those new DRL's you installed? Part number, where I can get them, etc.

Yes, because the innards are different. Luckily, the short stick helps with that. Allows it to sit at about stock height (maybe a little lower).
Sweet, been thinking about painting my knobs black actually.
Congratz dude! That's awesome. Hey... get me discounts on a splitter!

We kinda came up with a "shove a rubber cap on the stick, and shove knob onto it and hope for the best". The rubber sleeve would grip the knob and hold it in place. I might still do that, but I'm still debating cutting the stick for a slightly lower height.
