If its anywhere near 10-20 psi warm, it's normal. People always freak out about the oil pressure once they get a car that actually has a gauge for it. 40-60 cold is pretty normal at startup, 10-20...

Its either a driver issue or a hardware issue. Since the car is still under warranty, take it to the dealership.

Exactly. A lot of people think air filters work on a mileage basis for cleaning/changing intervals but environment matters so much more. Same thing with cabin filters but in your case you don't have...

To see if an air filter needs a change is extremely simple. Once the air filter is off the car, hold it up to a light source and if you can't see light come through it, it is in need of cleaning....
