New driver side regulator and motor, new switch, new switch connector wiring...still no action! What now?
Hi there,
had the same problem in my 4th gen and although I didn't have to replace the regulator, I did replace the motor & switch and in the end the auto-electrician and I decided to bypass the ECU and direct wire to 12V via a separate fuse. The only problem with doing it this way is that you don't get auto up/down you have to hold your finger on the switch but it works! The only other issue is remembering where the fuse is if it blows, good luck.
