I have recently purchased a 1975 Camaro LT. the car has a SB 350 but has a 2 barrel on it. I would appreciate some input into what size 4 barrel and what manifold may work best in changing this to a 4 barrel.
Thanks

Well, this depends on the power output of the engine. Is the engine stock? No mods? If so, 1975 engines had horrible hp. A 500cfm may work........ 600 cfm is a normal size for a 350. Unless it has 400+ hp, then you could go bigger, like a 750 cfm. Also depends on the jetting of the Carb.

I'm running an edelbrock 4 barrel manifold and their 600 com 1406 carburetor but in normal driving you are running on the front 2 barrels anyway unless you put your foot in it.
Remember that if you have a turbo350 automatic transmission that you will not be able to use the stock 2 barrel downshift bracket you may have to buy an adapter bracket to properly mount the accelerator and down shift cables or find a donor bracket setup in a wrecking yard from a 4 barrel car

I have had luck with an Eldelbrock Performer.intake manifold .Then you have your choice of Carbs, It depends on the emission laws of your state ,And if you have to pass emissions. And any further changes changes you plan for the car,Like headers, camshafts etc. There are Quadrejets .Holley 600 and 750 3310 vacuum carbs,Eldebrock 600 carbs are good basic carbs .And can be tuned for your car.Just get the right bracket and fitting foe each.Good luck to you.

Eldebrock manifold part number 7505 for a standard sbc, rpm dual plane air gap, and some sort of 4150 style double pumper. I like the quick fuel carbs they are based on holly DP, but even there entry level HR series has all the features of a top dollar Holley. I personally have a BD-650 it has a black coating that reduces heat and full throttle stumble, look them up they make a fantastic carb!!!
