Hello, I am new to this page as of 10 minutes ago. I am the original owner of my dream car - 1986 Camaro Z-28. (Yes, I am your mom or grandma's age. As in 59.) "He" is medium gray metallic, 305 V-8, and has NEVER required major work until he went to the shop last week for all new gaskets, seals, etc. Rear main, tranny, full engine pull and update. To the tune of $3100. And now, after 36 years of love and attention he is back on the road but it may be prudent to sell him. I call him The Ghost, and always have. Driving this car is like spending time with my best friend. However, there are severe swine everywhere I go who think it is funny to steal my center hub caps, Z-stickers off the center hubcaps, hood slide leaving scratches, and lift up on the door handles with force, hoping it is open, breaking the handles. EVEN IN WYOMING. I guess I'm going to have to keep him in the garage except for days off and just don't stop anywhere. How do you guys keep stuff from disappearing off your cars?

Hello, welcome to the forum! Not an IROC? My brother used to own an '86 IROC Back in the mid 90's. You should post some pic's of your ride.
