Weird engine sound.

I've noticed a while ago that my engine makes a sort of clicking sound when I step on the gas a bit harder. My old f-150 used to make the sound because there was a hole in the exhaust. I found and patched a hole in the back bend of my exhaust. My car doesn't rumble as loud, but the clicking sound stayed the same. Any ideas what this could be from?

Check near the exhaust manifolds, specifically the gaskets. Or your y-pipe.

If the hole is before O2 sensors, it could cause the sensors to read lean so the computer puts more fuel in, causing shitty fuel economy, but it depends where it is
