A 3.4 has been sitting for a cpl months. Ive been starting it every week or soo.. But now whem i start it it has dirty water coming out of the exhaust?? (it was garage kept)

^^this^^ especially if you haven't been running it long enough to thoroughly heat up the exhaust system when you've been starting it.
Its a pretty good amount of water it will leave a puddle at idle amd if i rev it up ill create a nice rusty water spot behind me? I will try and let it run longer next time i usually only let it run a few minutes
That's your problem.
A gallon of gas produces almost a gallon of water.
That's why jets leave contails, they consist of ice crystals from the water vapor in the exhaust being frozen.
